Winter Tea

 A hug in a mug! Wonderfully soothing, balancing and aromatic, this luxury spicy tea blend warms the body And is a great tonic. Use 1 teaspoon of spices per cup, boil the tea with water in a saucepan for 3-5 minutes. Strain and drink. Use the same quantity for a second brew. 

Ingredients:  cinnamon, cloves, ginger, star anise, orange peel, rosehips, fennel.
