Green Monday 2019 at Cyherbia Botanical Park
Cyherbia Botanical Park celebrated Green Monday 2019 on the 11th of March with a full day of traditional vegan food, outdoor family activities, and nature experiences.
Visitors enjoyed a relaxing day in the herb gardens, maze, and woodland while celebrating one of Cyprus’ most loved traditions.
Traditional Green Monday Vegan Buffet
Our Green Monday buffet featured a variety of raw and cooked vegan dishes inspired by traditional Cypriot fasting foods.
