Fairy House Workshop Cyprus 2020
The magical Fairy House Workshop at Cyherbia Botanical Park gave children the opportunity to create their very own fairy houses surrounded by nature, herbs, and imagination.
Held during the summer weekends of 2020, the workshop became one of the most loved creative family activities at Cyherbia Botanical Park.
A Creative Fairy Workshop for Kids
Children used natural materials and colourful decorations to design unique fairy houses to take home with them.
Each work table was filled with creative materials including:
- Moss
- Flowers
- Tiny windows and doors
- Fairy decorations
- Natural woodland elements
The children had complete freedom to create their own magical fairy homes in any shape or style they imagined:
- Big or small
- Round or square
- Colourful or woodland-inspired
- Covered in flowers, leaves, and moss
Some children even added tiny fairies inside their creations.
Magical Experiences at Cyherbia
The fairy magic continued throughout the botanical park.
Children wrote down their dreams and wishes and posted them into the magical fairy mailbox. Families then explored:
- The witch cottage
- The herb gardens
- Fairy-themed spaces throughout the park
- Woodland photo spots
Many children arrived dressed as fairies, adding even more magic to the experience.
Fairy-Themed Family Photos
The workshop also became a beautiful opportunity for family photography.
Before entering the herb gardens, families often stopped at the colourful murals for photos. Afterwards, children proudly posed with their handmade fairy houses among the flowers and herbs.
The botanical gardens created the perfect magical backdrop for unforgettable summer memories.
